Human Resources and Occupational, Health & Safety

The Human Resources team helps ensure Kimberly-Clark’s employees remain highly skilled and engaged.

Team members include HR Business Partners who cover the full spectrum of responsibilities from hiring to performance management, career development and employee relations; as well as specialists in learning and development and remuneration.

Tertiary qualifications majoring in HR or a related field is required for a position in HR.

Occupational Health and Safety is critical in helping Kimberly-Clark achieve an injury-free workplace. The team includes Occupational Health Nurses and specialist consultants.
