Our teams

Engineering and Operations

Our Engineering and Operations teams are based in our manufacturing facilities in Springs (Gauteng) and Cape Town (Western Cape).

Our Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineers support our manufacturing mill operations in process, maintenance and project management.

They work with sophisticated systems and technology to optimise complex operations, systems, equipment and quality control.

Our production technicians are responsible for daily operation of production equipment. More senior team members manage multiple production lines and lead the department toward achieving safety, quality and productivity goals.

Our electrical and mechanical technicians support our operations team by maintaining the manufacturing equipment and ensuring minimum down time.

Tertiary qualifications are preferred for Engineering and Operations Team members, to allow for development into more senior roles.
