The competition rules are as follows:

• Once you have your unique code from the reverse of the sticker on the Promotional Baby Soft® White 9's pack, SMS the word PuppyGold, the city of its location, your name and unique code to 34229 for your place in the draw. Please keep the original unique code as further verification will be required, otherwise you will lose your chance to claim your prize. No bulk, SMS bundles or free SMS's allowed, SMS's will be limited to 30 entries per person for the duration of the promotion. Only one unique code per SMS will be allowed. SMS's are charged at standard rates.
• One winner will receive a prize consisting of One Million Rand (R1 000 000.00). There will be a random draw for the prize at the end of the promotion (31 May 2011). This competition is open to permanent residents of the Republic of South Africa, aged 18 and upwards only. This promotion excludes all Kimberly-Clark employees, the advertising and production companies, their families and close associates.
• No entries will be accepted after the closing date (31 May 2011).
• Upon winning the prize you will be required to submit a valid till slip as proof of purchase and the original unique code. The date on the till slip must precede the date of the draw. (date indicated in rule number 3)
• If there is any doubt with regards to the authenticity of the unique code, Kimberly-Clark and associated agencies reserve the right to decline the claim. Kimberly-Clark's decision is final regarding all and any aspect of the promotion and no further correspondence will be entered into. A firm of independent auditors will monitor the draw.
• Kimberly-Clark reserves the right to alter or cancel the promotion at its discretion. In the event of such cancellation or alteration, all participants and the winners shall waive and abandon any rights they may have against the promoter, its affiliates or associated companies.
• The draw will take place within 2 weeks of the closing date. Winners will be notified telephonically, on a telephone number specified by the winners. Winners will receive their prize within 6 weeks of being notified telephonically of winning the prize. The winners name will be published in the media within two months of the judge's decision.
• Kimberly-Clark may refuse to award any prize if any irregularities or fraudulent activities are detected. The winner agrees to accept their prize as is, at their own risk.
• The winner must provide valid South African bank account details for deposit of the prize and verification thereof by means of the cancelled cheque or letter from the bank. No banking accounts outside of South Africa will be accepted for the deposit of the prize.
• No responsibility will be accepted for a late submission of an entry, failure of SMS correspondence or submitted incomplete or incorrect contact details.
• The obligations of the competition organisers and Kimberly-Clark are deemed to be fulfilled in full when the transfer of the prize has been made to the winner. No responsibility will be accepted for any unforeseen delays in delivery of the prize. No prize will be processed after 15th July 2011.
• Kimberly-Clark will request the winner's permission to use his/her name and photographs for public relations purposes. No compensation will be given to the winner for using their photograph or names for PR purposes.
